Shipping & delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum order amount.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays), and most arrive within 5–10 business days after that. Delivery times can vary by carrier and season.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment — we currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need a correction, contact us as soon as possible — we can't change an address once an order has shipped.

Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error, there is no cost to you.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The 3-Tier Corner Organizer
What are the dimensions?
The organizer measures 13.58 x 6.5 x 17.52 inches and is designed to sit in a 90-degree corner. Please measure your corner before ordering.
Is assembly difficult?
No. It assembles by hand without tools, and everything you need comes in the box.
What is it made of?
ABS plastic trays supported by a metal bracket, with a gold finish.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere with a corner: bathroom counters, vanities and dressers, kitchen counters for spices and sauces, or a desk for stationery.
